SWI 2019: Water, turkeys, traffic control and more

The 2019 Study Group Mathematics with Industry proudly presents the six accepted topics for SWI 2019. The topics cover a wide range of applications, and include controlling traffic in the city of the future, prediction of print success for concrete 3D printing, turkey body weight prediction, the numerical towing tank, latency prediction for on-chip communication, and predicting the removal performance of activated carbon filters in water treatment. For five of the six topics a short description is available here.
Mathematicians who would like to participate, can still register. Participation is free of charge, including the lunches and dinners mentioned in the program. Accommodation will be arranged for participants from outside the Wageningen region.
